Maybe, but there really aren’t many high quality CBs to choose from in Europe this window. I only know Koulibaly, Skriniar, Ruben Dias, Gimenez.

Why the drama? Koulibaly and Skriniar aren't the only two decent CB's about, there's plenty who are better than Stones and Otamendi judging by the slating they both get on this forum.

No drama, but important we get this done. Many players are better than Stones, Otamendi but that’s not the point. We need someone world class and there really are only a handful in Europe. Losing out on Kouli is not something we can afford to do.
