Kalidou Koulibaly

I'm inclined to agree, but his personal life seems to be the biggest issue, as a club we could help with that.

I'm not arsed either way now though, he's had chances, injuries haven't helped of course, personally I'd love him to get his shit together and become what he could be, sadly I think it's too far gone.

The argument is are they injuries half the time???

some people are just flawed in their character, we’ve had a few over the years, Johnson was a prime example of that!

Love the bloke, but he's dense as fuck at times. He played well tonight against Iceland, but got himself sent off for two brain-dead yellows.

Agree. He doesn’t do it often though. He was obviously running on adrenaline to play again for England and pushed it too hard.

His only other red I can remember was against Everton when the shithouse Calvert-Lewin feigned injury to get him sent off.

If we get £40m like he keeps telling us, then I'll happily fuck off. If not he gotta go.

I can't see anywhere to delete the account on the profile, just a log out option.

I have two takes on this suggestion:

Either you’re in serious need of an alcolock on your phone or computer, or you’re 12 years old. Which one is it?

At first I was laughing but you actually seem serious so maybe a good idea would be to go easy on the drinks yeah?

Is this how you roll against anyone who disagrees with you?

Oh dear, that seems like a hint at something else. I've no idea other than what I can read in the media, and his personal life situation certainly hasn't been a help.

Absolutely, mate. He was sent off against Everton in ridiculous circumstances. He's generally very reliable. Didn't mean to be hard on him.

I just don't think in a Guardiola set-up he could be relied upon in a back three.

Love his pace, energy and athleticism. It's something we lack elsewhere.

Can you take this dispute to PM's or you might get a thread ban, most people reading the thread are not interested.

Didn’t think you were, just wanted to add context.

Cancelo seems to be flying at the moment. He might force Pep to use Walker differently.

I think I'd rather have seen Walker and Cancelo against Lyon & and for tonight against Iceland, Walker and Trippier to have been swapped around.

Txiki is signing who Pep wants not who Txiki wants. Koulibaly has done it for many years Upamecano has had 1 good season and still learning, we want & need ready made.
So being good for a whole season isnt enough ? Good grief, he looks very ready to me and he's a lot younger.

The fact Upamecano signed a new deal at RB Leipzig would probably rule him out from being available I would've thought. That club doesn't need the money either so Upamecano isn't worth worrying about as a player to bring in as he won't be going anywhere.

I'm not worried mate I'd rather Koulibaly.

He is very raw, would be a great addition to the squad, but why would be come to us to sit on the bench and get limited game time when he is a regular in the Bundesliga.
