I am sure Mangala had personal reasons why his form dipped after the Chelsea game but he was shown out the door after spending just one season with the team. I think Stones has had 3 seasons to impress and has failed woefully. Time to move on.
What personal reasons?

He played out of his skin for 90 minutes then went back to normal, inconsistent and every game making at least one horrendous error leading to a goal!

Just a very average player, bad scouting and a crazy fee.

Thats the point, who cares what your personal reasons are? Stones has been having personal reasons for 3 seasons now. Would we have given any one else this opportunity? Times up for him.

Mangala had no personal issues, he was just poor.

Garcia should be the first out of the door. He doesn't want to be here.

Otamendi is old and his legs have gone. He's our nost error prone defender. He should also go.

Stones is in the last chance saloon. He's no worse than Otamendi on his worst day and on his best he's as good as anyone. His fitness is a concern but with Ake, Laporte, Koulibaly and Dinho, we have plenty of cover. He's worth giving one last chance IMO.

I’ve never in my life seen so many excuses for a player who clearly isn’t cut out for the job. It’s fascinating.

Exactly

But back to discussing Stones, keeping Garcia means nothing.

He is out of contract at the end of the season, doesn't take up a senior squad place & therefore it's not our problem if he plays or not.

That doesn't mean I trust Pep not to play him, by the way. I don't.

Let's just keep him. He's home-grown. He wants to fight for his spot. And centurion John Stones has to be in there somewhere.

What you wrote was absolute bollocks
What because you don’t agree with it. That’s my opinion and I don’t give 2 fucks what other people think . Both stones and otamendi are finished at city . Now if otamendi decides to move on to play regular football then fair play but I think he will be just as happy to see out his contract bench warming . As for John stones he might have been good 3 years ago but that was then and this is now . He might want to stay and try and find form . Like I say that’s my opinion and I’m entitled to it .

That's not what you posted though
