Brinksmanship of the highest order is currently playing out.
If we take Messi this window we will pay. How much we pay depends on how much Barcas finances rely on Messi being in the team vs how much they can get for him to compensate for the drop if he leaves.
Anything north of 100m +Garcia is not good business for us. Anything south of 150m is not good business for Barca.
I really, really hope we can do a deal, though.
