We don’t have Michael Oliver to paper over the cracks...

Maybe, fairly sure if we’ve changed target there’s a couple of alternatives, he could be one but think it would need his release to be active now, again thought it was next summer but could be wrong. If weve walked away from kk maybe this has legs.
Can you really be so sure? He said in an interview he was told to focus on a few positions. Laporte played LB a few games.
Its now time to say thanks but fuck off
I believe we have fucked about deliberately & now leave Napoli with nowhere to go & KK stays & we focus on other targets
Who that is not sure
Upercano & Aoure = 100m yes yes
If we could do business I would take the above with Torres & Ake + young guns Moreno from Juve & Couto from Brazil as a good Summer
You never know Alaba could be a suprise
Surely my post (and anyone else's for that matter) implies that not breaching FFP is a given when buying any player. My figures quoted also don't lend to your idea that it would.
So you think he will be gutted to keep Koulibaly? Don't think so.Would love it if we have screwed over ADL after they way he did us over Jorginho
It would be ADL's fault if that did happen
How would we know?
By asking for too much money he stays at Napoli.
If he's asking for €70m, that's pretty much bang on his market value.
He might be looking for more.
If you check my post, I actually said it should not matter to the average fan how much a player will cost, not the club. I also stated that any purchase by the club implies NO breach of FFP.1. We don’t like going over a certain amount for any player. In the past we have bought players in and around 60 million mark. Maybe we can’t afford to spend more in order to meet the requirements of FFP and ensure the club is continuing to make a profit over the recording period. This is why we haggle and have lost out some players in the past. Maguire and van dyke comes to mind.
I have read on here that FFP is slightly relaxed now into a rolling 2 year period maybe that will allow us to spend more.
2. You stated that it shld not matter if we pay 90 million and I disagree as it seems so does the club or KK would have already signed.
The figures quoted are unrealistic post covid. No one know what impact covid will have on how much we can spend per season apart from those directly involved.
I could be wrong on my conclusion. Preswitch would be the one to get a more concrete answer on all things financial.
I am merely suggesting that maybe the reason we haggle is because we cannot afford to spend the money mentioned and still pass FFP.
