I don’t know if you know the lad who’s posted that but I will bet you any sum of money you care to mention that he’s a) never been to Anfield and b) is from nowhere near Liverpool. That’s something a lot of you on here miss - we hate those cunts a lot more than you ever could. They bear no relevance at all to the average local matchgoer. Sad little cling ons who live their football lives online.

Ah, I wasn’t sure if it was somebody off your own Twitter, someone who you might know in real life and was holding him up as an example of bellendery. Obviously not and frankly I don’t fucking blame you for not wanting to know him. Weapons grade helmet to the core.

Haha...I had to jib Twitter because I was constantly getting into arguments with Tory cheerleaders to the point where I realised I had a real life to do that. Don’t miss it at all to be honest.
 
I was thinking what Thiago would bring to Liverpool midfield . If you look at his scoring record it is 3 goals last season so at least it isn't that [emoji2]

We joke about Liverpool hoofing it 70 yards to the runners up front but Klopp can mix it up as you said. He's just as adept at the short, 50 yard passing game.

My own take is that he knows from watching you over the last few seasons is that three seasons is maybe too much to stay at the standards being set. Plus teams that have managed to stop the flank threat have nullified us to an extent. No better time coming off a big pot than to bring someone new and different into your side. Keeps your first eleven and your rivals on their toes.
Long story short, expect far more play through the middle of the park with us next year.

Will any of this be due to the 63% of your players who are allegedly asthmatics puffing furiously on Ventolin inhalers to increase their lung capacity?
 
I hate to say it but the recruitment of Thiago Alcantara is a masterstroke ! How come we have not made any bid, him and Keven in the midfield would have been immense ! 30 MM£ in this day and age is an excellent deal given the indisputable quality of the player.

Somebody else mentioned this the other day, I hadn’t the foggiest what they were on about. Looked it up and it seems up to a third of PL players are asthmatic. Surprisingly high figure in my book, didn’t think it’d be so common. There’s no actual evidence that so many players from us are suffering, it’s a throwaway line in an argument that makes zero accusations. There’s a link to it further back.
