Wolves (A) Post-Match Thread

Great start to the season, 3 points and a tricky away game out of the way. Have to be careful picking up bookings, we get 3, Wolves got none. Rodri's was kicking the ball away, like a wolves player (not sure which one) had done earlier. This inconsistency was not highlighted by Sky.

They targeted him and Mendy all second half and had endless joy, if not for them missing about 3 sitters we'd be sitting here wondering how the fuck we have thrown away such a dominant performance.

Go ahead and name one moment other than that ball over the top to Podence where Stones was at fault or vulnerable

Kev is such a great player to have. Always honest in interviews. We have 2 great leaders with him & fern

I’ll need to see replays but he seemed to be marking space on both dangerous pullbacks and maybe could have done more on Jimenez header? I think it was him behind with Mendy in front?

Would anyone like us to sign Traore?
He’s a good player but he’s a bit of a one trick pony.
We have Mahrez, Bernardo and Foden who occupy the space on the right wing. I think they are all more complete players.

Also, we don’t play with e centre forward, why would we we need a winger who gets to the bye line and puts high crosses in ?

First half outstanding, in the second we were blowing out of our arses. The fitness will come and if we play like that first half for the rest of the season, we are in for some fun!

nothing to do with a midfield that quickly became knackered?
