Why from inside the club, it fails more often than it works.It has got to be said. One day Pep will come out "that this will be my last season as manager". When ever that day comes I hope that the next one to follow him will come from inside the club. The only way that will happen is if Pep will give someone the assistant's job from inside the club. Only he knows who is the most suitable candidate for the job.
