Don't know why but it irritates me that they (kun and Jesus) spent soo much time on twitch and video games. U can do this shit after u retire or in the off season. Just focus completely on ur recovery!!

I know they are professionals and they would have specific programs but it just gives a negative vibe.

Maybe i am old fashioned but it just irks me!

I'm not too unhappy about that to be honest.

However,I have no idea who is available in Jan.Would it be worth bringing Nmecha back? Just to see us through till summer?

We can only get a loan signing in if we ship a player out.
I can't see anyone going at Xmas. We will still need the likes of Zinchenko as a utility player. We may still have a good few in juries at this stage.
 
We really should be trying out Delap but I fear we'll be playing Sterling up front every game when he needs a rest too

Terrible news, I was hoping he would be ready for the Scousers on Nov 7th. With Aguero's injury we are really up against it, possibly time to give Delap a chance.

That doesn't make sense to me, think something has been lost in translation. Who takes 5 or 6 weeks to get fit after starting training with the other players? Only thing I can think of is, he's doing non contact stuff mainly on his own for now? Thats if the time scale is correct.

Nothing wrong with Fodens finishing - worth a try as a striker ?

I agree. Think we miss the boat at times with our (my?) perceived lack of appetite to sign the like of a Cavani/Ibrahimovic. I’d also take back Dzeko in a heart beat

If Sterling gets injured now we are well and truly fucked, he seems to be quite robust and rarely picks up anything other than the odd niggle but he will be exhausted very soon.

I hope Pep looks at this and decides to give Delap a run of games, I get the feeling he could take the leap in his stride.
