Oddschecker has all bookies giving 2/1 AGAINST Biden being next President!
It seems nuts to me that you can treble your money by backing something that BBC are almost reporting is inevitable. Can anyone explain the reason for this ... I understand it reflects the money wagered - but it seems like there’s an opportunity that surely professional gamblers would be grabbing with both hands?
I wouldn’t put your stock in the BBC if I were you. Whatever you think of Trump, their coverage of US politics over the past 5 years is anything but impartial.

Trump is 600k up in Pennsylvania with 2 million postal votes still to count. Of the postal votes that have been counted 78% have gone to Biden.

That is gonna be very, very close.

Edit: Biden 11/4 to win there. Could be worth a tenner.

300K uncounted from Philly cuts that lead pretty heavily - but yeah I agree, still very close.

Impossible. Trump is almost 700k up in Penn already. Biden is seemingly looking at the same map as Hillary.
Biden looks like he has taken Arizona (11 votes) and may well have done better in the split vote states of Maine (4/0 as opposed to 3/1) and Nebraska (1/4 as opposed to 0/5). Georgia still looks in contention to me, even though it has been called by analysts for Trump on the assumption that Trump leads with a bigger proportion of Atlanta votes counted.
Trump has done well in Nevada so that could go Republican (6 votes) as the Biden lead is very narrow at the moment.
But it's the 3 rust belt states that will probably decide this election and if I was a betting man I'd go Trump as he is up in all three (Pensnylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan).
But then again with that speech, I suspect Trump thinks it isnt certain yet.
It will be too close to call today at least I think.

Aren't they adding in postal votes later up there?

How can the polls be so wrong again?
I think a lot of people don't like to admit they support trump. Wave a flag and tell people you would be better off if it wasn't for "them" works on so many sheep. Take the covid thread. I see some on this thread in the last 30 mins saying how can people fall for trump but they are in that thread denying the science at every turn.

What I don’t get, CNN have figures scrolling along the bottom of their own news channel screen with the votes that have already been counted, and also have % remaining to count. In 5 states using their own figures, Trump is ahead by some way which is pointing to the fact that Trump will win. Then out comes Trump and announces exactly the same, backing up CNN’s figures and then CNN blast him for doing so. No wonder there is ultimate fucking confusion

I appreciate the way this has turned out between us.
Ha - me too.

I can give you a more direct answer though because I'm truly not trying to be a prick, just generate a few laughs.

Do I believe that the 60+ million voters for Trump are racists? No, absolutely not. I'd bet the majority of them are decent people who truly want the best for this country and the people in it - regardless of their race, religion, etc.

But to give you my perspective - I'm a registered Republican in Texas. I see the nasty underbelly of the Republican party and Trump supporters every day. So my perception is going to be skewed. And when I see the president continuously go on television and make a mockery of every institution we have - such as 5 minutes ago when he claimed counting all votes is fraud, and claimed he's won states that haven't been called by any reputable source - it only further cements my view.

So am I biased? Yes, absolutely. 100%. I'll admit that. But mostly I just want this election to be over and to rebuild as a sane and rational country.

Why are so many of the postal and early voters supposed to be mainly pro-Biden? Is it a demographic thing?
