Again I don't disagree but the point I was originally replying to was the deaths per million, and for that the US isn't that far away from the figures in many other western countries not run by Trump. I already acknowledged that I estimate them to be above where they should be.

Anyway just an opinion. I'll keep them to myself in the future, not worth discussing differing viewpoints sometimes on here.
This sort of thing doesn’t help his cause:

"Rather than blame Hitler for the Holocaust, we should instead blame the neolibs that allowed him to rise to power in the first place"- Bigga in the 1940's
Even in your slight at me, therein lies the truth.

Tell me if politics were fairly distributed to affect society and make it fair, better judicial system, fairer wages etc., you'd have seen any type of rise of #45?

Such a dumb (and liked) posting that you actually make my argument.

"...but the election is a [forced]binary choice", yes I'll agree there is no choice now in this manufactured election.

The US are constantly brainwashed into believing things told by politicians in the face of opposing evidence. It's why you continued to believe Progressives wouldn't win against a right winged politician. Years and years of propaganda assaulting the brain. Years and years of believing capitalism is the way.

Biden is the same guy as any other capitalist driven politician/ businessman with the end result in keeping the wealth gap. So, yes, to any fucktards not understanding, they are basically BOTH THE SAME in this regard.

You will ALWAYS get shades/ degrees of difference with neoliberal politics.

As much as you may tout Sanders on your side, he's warning Biden on his 100 day action and more.

Watch it if you want, but the comments section is more interesting to get a view on what the belief is where Biden and anything progressive is concerned.

Semi related, did you see Sanders is up for Labor Secretary? That’d be an interesting one.

The whole point is to post differing viewpoints so that people can discuss them. Absolutely no problem with your opinion; I just happen to disagree that the US should only have a rate slightly lower than highly densely populated European countries.

They had the foremost experts in the world that Trump’s ignored and the best early warning mechanism before Trump dismantled it. Without this self inflicted damage to their response I would have expected their rate to be a fraction of ours and I would also expect our rate to be lower because we would have more likely followed their lead and also had less infected people flying in.

He'll be one of many 'vetted' for the position. I'd be extremely surprised if he gets it.

Especially in light of that vid, where he intends to hold Biden accountable in his first 100 days and aiming to run his own 100 day charter, too.

Why would Biden run the risk of a Progressive in a position that would encourage more unions and the possibility of unionised strikes if Biden fails in his promises of raised wages within 4 years?

I don't see it, myself, but I think it's mainly aimed to shut Progressives up that not one of their politicians had been looked at for a cabinet position.

We’ll see, I think if Bernie wants that (and it sounds like he does) he’d be able to get it pretty easily.

You know the funny thing is, if he's so bad, why do the Dems keep voting for his policies? Stepped aside for the fast tracking of Judge Coney Barratt, voted in the tax cuts and bailouts earlier this year, gave him more money for continuing the Dem wars overseas.

I pay no mind to these people any more.

They, no longer, actually understand politics, but they regurgitate what the Gogglebox tells them.
Do you genuinely not understand how US politics work, or are you just deliberately obtuse? The Dems don't "keep voting for his policies", they are just powerless to prevent them because they don't have the majority. That's how the US system works. Just like how you continuously blame Obama for not passing policies you want, when again, he didn't have the senate majority so couldn't pass anything. The Republicans literally said they would vote down anything he came up with, just on the principal of him coming up with it.

The thing you don't seem to get, is that it doesn't matter what you want if you don't have the votes to enact it. Some people might love "progressive" ideas, but the majority don't, so it's a loser every single time. There's a reason the right constantly try and link Dems to progressive ideology, it's because they know it's hugely unpopular and association with it will lose them votes.

No idea why I bother tbh, I know you'll just do your usual of claiming something is hilarious, insult me, then maybe throw up something about neolibs and another youtube video that literally no one will watch. All the while not realising that people like you actively hurt their own cause by being such unbearable bores

Fucking lol. Hard to pick where to start with that one.
