Wisconsin has a recount rule where the loser has 3 business days to request it.

Georgia is sitting at 50.5 % for trump. 92% of the vote in. It is tight so they can’t call just yet.

Penn- trump 55.7% with only 72% of the vote in.

It would be a shock now if he does not win. Obviously it can change especially with the ballot vote coming in late for Biden.

It will end up in court either way.

It wouldn't be a shock at all with the type of ballots still to be counted. But it could go either way.
