What are the arguments they can go to the Supreme Court with? Is it a recount in those tight states ?

The argument is literally don't count all the votes because the mail in ballots favour Democrats about 3 or 4:1.

It’s close but I’d tend to side with the camp that wants the process to play out rather than the one who wants it curtailed. I’m guessing Trumps people have data that shows Biden will win 2 of the 3 outstanding Midwest states,... hence his preemptive strike. You don’t want a process stopped if it’s gonna serve your purpose.

Yes, and at county level there seems to be not much left for Biden except the 10% of Milwaukee. I feel Trump has quite a bit left elsewhere in the state but don't know how the postal ballots fit in to the totals.

It seems that that would probably mean that if he keeps Nevada, he needs Michigan for 270 exactly (assuming 4 for Maine).

I might have jumped the gun.

Biden is ahead now but both camps still think they can win.

Why on earth do we need to wait till Friday? I know there's a lot of mail in ballots but surely we should be able to know the results by tomorrow

Goes for UK to. Surely there’s an upcoming politician out there that inspires a nation, someone who appeals to everyone. I’m guessing Americans are fed up with these old politicians that get recycled every few years. How many years have we seen Clinton and Biden hanging about the White House? A Biden victory won’t be the end of the divide for Americans, it will widen.
