i think it was down to story reveals etc, plus he wasnt happy his voice wasnt used, however if you ever you watch the original filming it very funny with his Norfolk accentDidn't they have a bit of a fall out as Prowse wanted to be the fave of Darth Vader when it was revealed ?
Anyway, R.I.P David, I remember him more from his weightlifting career back in the day, something he was more than decent at.

I'm a big Sci-Fi fan BM, but oddly, never really took to the 'Star Wars' stuff, not too sure why, so don't know the ins and outs of it, just something flashed across my memory that there was an issue with his face and/or voice not being used.i think it was down to story reveals etc, plus he wasnt happy his voice wasnt used, however if you ever you watch the original filming it very funny with his Norfolk accent

Norfolk accent? I thought he was from Bristol?
He was from Bristol. He grew up in Southmead, which is the accent he has in video below, but if you were unfamiliar with Bristol it's easier to mistake it for something different because of the rural sound.
