I tell what that are keen to talk about is how the scouse youngsters fared in champs league. They made sure the public was aware of the reason they only got a draw. Never would’ve heard a dicky bird if pep had played the youth.
I had forgotten that on the Breakfast local news the newsreader announced that Salah had scored the quickest Liverpool CL goal evah in an breathless voice entirely masking the poor result and the piss poor last 10 minutes l saw before Citys match. She was Irish and connected with BBC Liverpool so she wasn't faking it.

The only thing that happened in the CL this week was Salah breaking the dips scoring record in the compy with 22....City's record points total (funnily enough Rangers have just had more group points than any Scottish team ever although in the Europa & I've already heard more about that in England than I have about our points record), Kuns 41st went almost under the radar, oh and some team that are great at turning corners were knocked out but similar to the City stuff blink and you'd miss it.

If we win on Saturday the coverage in the media will be as little as they can possibly get away with whereas, a raggy result will turn places like the BBC in the scum OS & the press into a raggy fanzine.

I'm getting grrr nice & early for this one.

BRING IT FUCKING ON!!!!!!!!
Go for it!!!

Yes it was Maread Smyth from NW Tonight although she didn't really say anything wrong but I know what you mean re the priorities .She is a typical Irish Scouse type ( a bit like Irish / rag type ! ) but very nice looking !

Yes she might get me a little breathless away from football. She also did a news item about vaccinations from Anfield with a mass of red in the background so l didnt look. Much.

That's what I heard - BT mentioned it multiple times.
It feels like a stat for the sake of being a stat - completely meaningless - to me.
Like most of the records claimed by Liverpool. The most points collected since whatever etc.
Not records merely stats to quote when there was a lull in play. Not any of them have ever seen the light of day since.
Unless the BBC introduces a new quiz show called 'Meaningless'.
But that would apply to most tv quizzes.

Correct Bill
it's not even hard to do.
Custis turns up at City. er back in the car Sonny you're not welcome.
Stone turns up,ditto. and so on.

me i'd hoof Sky and BT. but but we gave you 90 million , of course, here's your money back now fuck off. i bet it costs the City brand that in negative publicity .

launch City TV properly . stream our own games .

Well said Bill, diplomacy gets us nowhere and makes us look like cunts.. It’s time the club stood up to the shit thrown at us and daily barrage of media lies and put a marker down ..!

I used to work for a national newspaper. Everything you were ever told was a lie, everything you were ever told about bias, every time you were called ‘paranoid’, everything you ever heard about clickbait and certain red shirt teams driving ‘traffic’ so gettting unreasonably excessive coverage, is absolutely 100% true.
So fucking bent it it unreal, and that was a so-called ‘campaigning’ newspaper which championed the underdog.
Unless, of course, said underdog’s interests conflicted with the two red shirt teams most of their management supported.
Especially the team covered by one particular regional paper they also owned, and where a disproportionate number of their management, editors and sports desk hailed from.
You know, the sports desk on a national paper that live blogged a steel beam being moved into position by a crane. Nor metioning whatsoever the Rachman practices that same club employed to demolish houses and get that crane in there in the first place.
As they say, ashamed of nothing, offended by everything
But try telling @franksinatra that.

Then we'd all be told we can't be considered a big club until we win back to back Champions Leagues.
As soon as City win the Champions League they will calculable our spend and Say the scousers won 6 at an average of £7.38 and a Curly Wurly per trophy but we spent £8billion. So allowing for inflation we need to win it 7250 more times to be a big club

Has anyone read the 12,000 word special report on CFG in the Athletic yet?

I know they've spent ages on it and interviewed a raft of interesting people, but I haven't found the time to sit down for probably an hour to read it yet.

They just released a companion podcast so if anyone's listened to that yet I'd be interested in hearing if it's worth it.

The reporter l met mentioned within 5 mins that he had had 'his arse in the air' on his father in law's carpet the night before so l thought he was a prick at the start.
Soon he was telling us how he had been in the Far East chasing a woman for a story about her affair with a minor government minister.
Then he told of his latest story about a child who had been grabbed by a monkey in a zoo and had lost her arm. This twat was boasted how he had sneaked out a pic of the little girl from her grandma's house.
Utter vermin. His parents were thoroughly decent. It was his paper that made him a twat

Does it get anymore obvious once again from the Daily United?

The Daily United and their journalist/s rallying around Manchester United, Ole, the team, and the fans.

Just think about that. A national newspaper, without shame, openly supporting United, and willing them to beat City.

The propaganda wheels have started turning on Sly sports.
Breaking news...Bruno Fernandes wins prem player of the month.

Wow i bet that will cushion the blow for him of having to win penalties and free kicks now on Thursday nights in the backwaters of Europe.

Keep it coming Sly, but we all know that after we win tomorrow, you'll be on your 3rd witch hunt of the season for lickle Ole's head
