I used to work for a national newspaper. Everything you were ever told was a lie, everything you were ever told about bias, every time you were called ‘paranoid’, everything you ever heard about clickbait and certain red shirt teams driving ‘traffic’ so gettting unreasonably excessive coverage, is absolutely 100% true.
So fucking bent it it unreal, and that was a so-called ‘campaigning’ newspaper which championed the underdog.
Unless, of course, said underdog’s interests conflicted with the two red shirt teams most of their management supported.
Especially the team covered by one particular regional paper they also owned, and where a disproportionate startnumber of their management, editors and sports t hailed from.
You know, the sports desk on a national paper that live blogged a steel beam being moved into position by a crane. Nor metioning whatsoever the Rachman practices that same club employed to demolish houses and get that crane in there in the first place.zoo
As they say, ashamed of nothing, offended by everything.cent
