I doubt fog blue claims the US actually is the world's coppers but I only read it once..
 
I just made the mistake of looking on my newsfeed and I'm honestly shocked at the responses from journalists and (mostly opposing) fans.

Over 1 in 1,000 people has died in the UK from the coronavirus. That's not even top 10 worldwide. This has been going on for nearly a year now and everyone is acutely aware of how this thing can spread like wildfire even with the most stringent precautions. There have been countless games cancelled and postponed because at the end of the day, this is just a silly game and lives are far more important.

The fans I can somewhat forgive, but any journalist or professional in the football world who is upset about this or suggesting some type of conspiracy is just downright vile and disgusting.

Stone is such a tw@t. As befits a sycophant who has Bacon Chops pinned to his twitter account. The reasons for the postponement are, to coin a phrase, "clear and obvious" as well he knows. Everton will be delighted that City aren't rocking up at Goodison with potentially infectious players and staff. To imply anything else is the usual Stone shithousery.

whats the criteria for an essential worker ?
Iv worked in the NHS all through this crisis
I'm not front line but in catering
my wife however has been on ITU throughout
she has not been off once or took the piss once etc

last week before xmas
one bloke i work with who is 64 got his text to organise his vacination
and another who is 65 and works part time as already had his

yet my wife who is BAME and frontline as not
been offered her chance to have the vacination

the mind boggles

They are not essential to the pandemic response, they just have an elite sports exemption.
 
Hope the guys involved get well soon! Fuck football to be honest in the current climate, am convinced that the team isn’t the same due to a sense of fear of playing when not mentally focused on it? They all have partners, children etc and having to go to games around the UK and to bloody Europe for the champions league must be draining for their Mental state to be honest. Our hero’s are still just people and I don’t just think it’s tiredness that is affecting the team.
