After my op in Feb, I had to self inject Heparin once a day for about a month.

In which case, they could post them out like a tax bill.

I think it's important we know they are done and done properly. Post them out and they might never get done

Has to have proper controls, temp controls amongst countless other reasons not to do it

Grim indeed when you consider that the 981 deaths are of people who got infected 3 or 4 weeks ago when the infection rate was a third of what it is now.

On that basis, daily deaths of a couple of thousand in 3 or 4 weeks time, looks pretty much inevitable at this point.

That is a frightening prospect

No way can you trust 90% of the population to inject themselves correctly, and I include myself in that. Wouldnt have a clue.

Except Merseyside IS in the NW so the figures will not change whilst they are excluded and are not in the tightest measures.

It is utterly crazy to hive them off if your plan is to stop the new strain spreading like wildfire in the NW - as it is.

I expecting at the very least tier 4 restrictions covering the entire country and hoping for something stronger.

The charts show that tier 4 isn't stopping the new strain in London so.....let's carry-on with the same stuff and put the north in it as well & just wait for the north to cop for it all as well!!!!

Just announced secondary schools wont be back until 18th of January apart from exam year kids who will be back on the 11th of January.
Primary schools back as normal, hard to fathom how this is considered safe, surely with the numbers being as high if not higher than first time around, and the new strain being far more potent it would make more sense to close the whole lot down until its safe to reopen

it's crazy, on the day we send kids back to school , the numbers from xmas/new year will be huge.

The figures are horrendous. The death figure for instance now was for infections from a few weeks ago. Add in the very high numbers now and it could be a lot higher then the first wave
