I don't read anything in the mainstream media about City, and haven't done for about a year now. Some of the Athletic's City specific stuff which is historical (like the Michael Johnson interview) is really cool, but ultimately I'd rather read from City supporting writers / bloggers than be reading the biased nonsense that comes out of most City related media coverage.

So many in this thread who should take this advice. Between twitter, podcasts, bluemoon, and Athletic articles every so often (I subscribe mainly for US sports) there is absolutely no shortage of City content in my life and I never ever read any of the journalists who get you guys all worked up. Why are you all subjecting yourself to this? Literally just ignore these idiots and you will feel so much better. I promise.

Lets hope this is a genuine "out with the old, in with the new" attitude toward us, and I for one would welcome a change in that direction, but one headline which still references "buying glory" still makes me dubious.

As lots say on here, we just want fair, unbiased media coverage.

Watching the City B.pool game and it's quite refreshing having a female commentator. none of the historical/hysterical biases, just pure joy at the style of play. Same cant be said for her co commentator.

I agree. She just called the game in a fair balanced way. She had a better understanding of tactics than Steven Warnock whose response to everything seemed to be: "Birmingham need to be more aggressive." It was a shock to have a totally unbiased commentary.

I've no issue with Sam at all, anything I've seen from him has been fair.

But like the MEN, the fact that a United fan is the City correspondent is ridiculous and speaks volumes.
