I’ve read some Northcroft output in the past, and seen him on Sunday Supp in the often over the years, and he really was one of the most underwhelming, ‘state the obvious’ merchants on there - and there was some competition!
Edit. Though in this case he seems to have gone out of his way to take a controversial POV.
