It really is difficult to know what state Villa are in, they could be rested and buzzing or equally they could be a little sluggish after a longish break. Barkley is probably back for them and he has had a habit of scoring against us in the past, hopefully not tonight.

I suspect if we can keep a clean sheet tonight then we’ll win. Hopefully Sterling’s goal on Sunday will be the start of a streak for him.

This is my back garden. I’m about 6 miles from the Stadium. I think the pitch at the Etihad drains better but it’s going to be very, very wet.

It’s absolutely leathering it down still, and don’t think it’s going to ease up before the game. Think it should still go ahead but not sure what state the pitch will be in.
