You get that in clinical trials and peer reviewed papers that are all out there , the CMO and public health bring everything together , it is silly to refer to them as just civil servantsWhitty and Valance are OK, I prefer hearing from the actual scientist who are doing the research directly, in writing, and not civil servants.
