Just glanced over the bbc footy page, and we get some mentions, but not in a good way of course.

Apparently a west brom player has been racially abused on social media, Romaine Sawyers, which is absolutely awful, anyone found guilty of racism needs locking up in this day and age. West Brom have rightfully reported it to the police.

The thing that annoys me is when clicking to read the report, its a City player challenging him in the photo,(Gundo) and we get a mention too as the team they were playing when the incident occured. Not a lie, I hear some of you say, ok but there is no way they are not "putting us out there" in connection with this.

The bastards cant bring themselves to give us anywhere near the amount of positive football articles as they do for teams below us in the league, but as soon as there is negative association, bang!! we are linked like a shot.

This happens regularly, from covid distancing to spending to racism, its City who get presented visually. I dont care that they need more positive rag/dipper articles for their clicks, but why diss us with negativity always, why not leave us out altogether, you know, like they do when we do something good.

I dont know who has sent this racist message, and I suspect, neither do the bbc, so to offer us up subliminally like this is unforgivable.

I will reiterate my view from a similarly negative article recently, if something good had happened instead at the time we played them, we would be nowhere near the article in words or pictures.

I’d like the bbc to explain why after every city game in the comments posts which it invites people to join in what “ dirty oil money “ means ? . They roll out their presenters which is easy on the eye to say we’re not a none discrimination organisation but let this virile continue.

They are vey quick on deleting posts and locking down comments on threads where City fans call them out on their clear and obvious bias though.

Full of Rags posting inane, offensive bile with total impunity whilst blocking inoffensive, constructive comments by City fans on their own board with no explanation.

I have to switch channels if I see that weasel on my screen as I'd end up putting my foot through it if I didn't.
The fact he was allowed to keep his job after the comments he made about Leicester's dead owner is a disgrace and shows the BBC for the shitstain of an organisation it is.

Is there any other industry that would get away with what the press are publicly doing to our club?

i think the world was naive to the propaganda, it’s the one industry that wasnt sold off by Maggie. You can sell Gas, Electricity, Telco to private investors without fear but never once considered selling a TV channel.

I binned off the guardian a couple of years ago for exactly the same but they were mostly dippers not rags. I'm still convinced some of the dipper posters were hired to dominate comments section on the City articles, they would literally spend all weekend on a City match report.

I actually meant the whole of the media, written press, broadcasters and also the latest incarnation social media where the host and also the poster profit due to the exposure. But you are right the BBC are a rag and dipper infested agenda driven dinosaur unfairly tax funded and used by all sorts of bent cunts in all forms of power for their own financial benefit.

Yes, he's a talented player but he's shown on several occasions that he can go missing for long periods - sometimes for an entire game as in the LC semi.
