Local - the Chiverton Tap in Cheadle Hulme. Used to love Friday evenings, packed out, sitting with some stranger and getting into conversation.

What, you mean BOTH seats were taken :)

had the odd friday in there myself, not a regular though

Spread Eagle in Romiley. Food is absolutely spot on. I ate at San Carol one Saturday then went here on the Sunday. It absolutely pissed all over Saturdays meal.
It’s ok but preferred it in the 80s & 90s when Stuart ran it. We do enjoy the Thursday night quiz in there , and have “cough” won it a couple of times .

Stumble Inn, Soi Nana Bangkok, owned by a Blue

Not that I'm desperate to go to that pub,but it would just mean that my Mrs would be able to
visit her country again, and my lad to see his Thai family

Fuck Covid

Sitting outside the Waterside Inn in Haddington. Cold beer, watching the swans and daft dogs. Then home to my garden, tunes on and neighbours over for a drink, food and a jam. I will never take that for granted again.

Which is your favourite jam ?
Just had the last of the homemade blackberry , lovely.
