Why doesn’t the rest of the media world? Not newsworthy? Hmmm, if only we could find some Arabs not looking to asset strip a club, or leverage an acquisition on the back of huge debt secured from a large bank which is backed in effect by the tax payer so it could never fail in reality... If only they could find such a club...

Nah. They make their money from filthy oil. What we need is offshore betting companies, much more moral.
 
This could be utter bollocks or could be an issue totally unrelated to any FFP shite but didn’t know where best to post it. A mate just got this off someone he knows well. Can’t see anything about it online in the media and surely one of the ITKs on here would’ve heard something?

Is this the same source’s that broke the false imprisonment story that involved a high profile footballer or are these credible?

I thought the Premier League were duty bound to investigate as they have their own set of FFP rules. Never heard anything to say that had ended. Worst case scenario is they too try it on, and we go down the same appeal route.

Technically Prem were on alert since UEFA case and had already been investigating separately on record. If they did not find anything then they will not find anything now, could just be a case of lazy journalism for clicks since there isn't much to talk about to get the audience attention.

It suits them to create a narrative around us winning some 'tainted title' because the media darlings in red fell off, won't be surprised if we see lot more articles in that vein before our win.
