Hi Pep, Atkinson McClair, Daily Mirror, are you disappointed you only scored 4 goals over two legs against probably the worst side ever to play in the Champions League?

Both do it, usually on alternative nights, I don’t give virgin time of the day though as the presenter is a tit.

RTE is the Irish equivalent of the BBC, the national television and radio station, paid for by public licence payers. Since Sky, Virgin, BT, Vodafone entered the media market their is less sports coverage on RTE for financial reasons. RTE 2 shows live CL on Tuesdays usually while Virgin or Eir show live CL on Wednesday or vice versa sometimes.

I've just thrown a perfectly good Samsung phone in the skip.
I thought the top half of the screen was blank as it was missing the top of the premier league table.

Cheers, I know what RTE is, I’m a frequent visitor to Bray/Dunlaoghaire. I just didn’t realise they would show CL when Virgin/BT do. I’ll know for future though ;-)
 
Honestly, the media affect on people is astounding and scary in equal measure.

people genuinely believe and quote that we have a bigger squad than other teams. This is factually impossible and yet it’s constantly repeated by parasites and idiots across the country.

What they mean is our depth is better than theirs because our club invest to win, not to scrape money for the investors.
 
Some typically inaccurate reporting again from the BBC, this time Michael Emons:

City have never won the European Cup or Champions League, with their best run coming five years ago when they lost in the semi-finals to eventual winners Real Madrid.

Incompetent or just wishful thinking?
 
Talkshite going with City must win them all of they've failed narrative this morning.
