Running thread

Been out and ladies and gentlemen we have oue first fail!

Been suffering from man flu the past few days. Watch wasn't charged, pace was abysmal but too quick for me so had to dig in to get to 5km.

Next time maybe!
 
Me. Last Friday when testing my route it was 30 metres short. So some adjustments needed today. What tolerance is allowed?
Zero. I’m turning the Strava alerts on so it’ll tell me when I’ve done the official 10k although it’ll likely be slightly more than 10k due to GPS accuracy.
