Agreed,both bring very different attributes,but on a technical level......Grealish is on a different planet.

I also think Grealish is improving,while Raheem is possibly regressing.
 
I see Grealish having less ups and downs than Raheem. Maybe psychological?

Unfortunately I can only remember the things I have seen or read.
Knowing stuff I haven't seen or read would be a whole new ball game, and a clairvoyant I am not -)

A close relation to selective hearing.

As for the people who know who know for sure who we are buying and selling,they most definitely aren't on here.That gift is very much in the boardroom only.
 
Does anyone know if grealish actually has this clause in his new contract about being allowed to leave if a champions league club comes in for him?

It’s not that he’s allowed to leave, it’s just a different (lesser) fee

but does it exist? ie there is rumors of a £70m release clause for a champions league club that comes in for him he’s to be notified and allowed to decide if he leaves?
 
Given how they lost their collective minds when Barry and Delph joined us - grown human men waving fake banknotes and plastic snakes - I think much of the city of Birmingham and South Staffordshire will explode if we sign Grealish. Collymore alone will be in serious danger of drowning in his own bitter, salty tears

It’s not an official information but it’s been sourced by credible people so I would assume it’s a real leak

Odd thing is, Barry was only on £5k more than what Villa offered him to stay, always found Brummies a bit weird and snide anyway.

For the life of me I can't remember their reaction to Milner leaving them for us the year after Barry(I think).
 
Don’t see the point of keep comparing Grealish with Sterling, if Grealish comes to us can’t see it being to replace Sterling, can’t see Sterling going anywhere. If we get him then it will be instead of a central midfielder and Gundogan would drop back, unless Fernandinho stays in which case we are over stocked.. Still unsure if we are even looking at Grealish though, as good a player as he is.
