Running thread

Yeah, it’s each to their own mate isn’t it. I’ve found Adidas running shoes a bit on the narrow side for me, and a bit too rigid.

going to a chiropractor later today to see if fitted insoles work with the shin splints etc.

My hold off on the nikes and see if these work, but yeah Adidas running trainers are very narrow.

Ive got two pairs of both, both decent, and helped me to stay injury free for a good while, until I decided to have a change nd went for the NB 1080v11, yep the NB's are super comfy but fuck all use if your legs are not used to soft, back to nike it is for me, recomend both, the trail ones weigh a bit more as they more chunky, but if the pavements are anywhere as bad as they are near me then they great.
