I would love it if City got together with Uefa, Bayern and Paris and refinanced their own league, where teams played without those cunts United and Liverpool.
Yep, those two clubs not involved provides some hope here.I would love it if City got together with Uefa, Bayern and Paris and refinanced their own league, where teams played without those cunts United and Liverpool.
Good point.Haha, it’s exactly because of Leicester, and those unwanted upstarts challenging to the European places that this crap occurs. The concept of a meritocracy rather than a brand driven competition is most unwelcome to many owners of traditional ‘big’ clubs.
If this had happened prior to your resurgence as a power, would you have been invited? Honestly? I do not know the answer, but I have my suspicions!!
I imagine that’s the premise. Bit like that International Champions Cup tournament in pre-seasons, all invitational. So you're in as a founding member, and that's it. You stay in even if you become total, embarrassing shite. Sounds very 'sporting'.
I think I'm close to saying 'fuck it!'. Football is just becoming a cash machine for owners, nothing more. The US take-over is complete.
It’s replacing the CL only, not affecting domestic leaguesHow crazy to think that City might not even be playing in an English league in the future..

So what do you get for winning your league, aside from prize money? It’s replacing the CL only, not affecting domestic leagues

Another shift in the Balance of Power™Super league featuring Arsenal and Tottenham lol
Genuine question but under their proposals would Leicester and West Ham automatically be in this super league as things stand? I have seen people saying they wouldn't but Arsenal would if they are not in then it does affect the league because what is the point for other teams. It's not right imo. It’s replacing the CL only, not affecting domestic leagues
Bayern might be waiting to see how their fans react to the idea after all they are supposed to be fan/big sponsors ownedYep, those two clubs not involved provides some hope here.
