Might as well be Celtic. So we could get drawn in the same group as United then if we both qualify for the knock out phase face them again.
6 derbies in a season. Welcome to Glasgow.

Bayern Munich, Dortmund and PSG aren't having any of it at the moment.... but hey, the ESL will have The Arse and Spuds who are supposedly big clubs.... absolute dogshit, the grounds may be big and newish, but seriously, their teams are shite.spot on
only a fool would not say yes ? if all the other big clubs are leaving and will be printing there own money
you can bet the players will be wanting the biggest slice of the pie too
They can buy a package for a particular game or series of games and have pregame, half time and post game slots with additional slots for VAR breaks.
Fair enough TH.I don't agree. Whilst they are the owners, they are also custodians and have to protect the long-term interests of the club?
You and me will be long gone one day, there are no kids to take our place, as the song states.
The way people consume life is changing quicker than I ever thought possible. Globalisation is happening across all society and will continue to do so.
It was sad that so many people lost their jobs at Debenhams, but the likes of Amazon have come along and have driven them to the wall, doing it quicker and better than the High Street.
I'm 46, so have seen how City have changed during my lifetime, the club as we once knew it died a long time ago.
I like this version better than the one I grew up with, it was shit, barring the banter with my mates and the dreams of City one day winning everything in sight.
As I say, people are entitled to their own viewpoint, but the club will know why the dots have to join up.
There is a massive echo chamber at present, fulled by SKY and Uefa, social media, all with their own agendas.
My agenda will always be City being at the top.
Bruno from the rags as well
Agree.......I might sound Naive here, but I’d rather be at a “disadvantage” regarding players, money, etc, than join this shit show. Getting into bed with the very teams, that sought to derail us? Yes Uefa were guilty too, but this fuckin stinks. Thought we’d have a bit more bottle about us, I understand the thinking about “not wanting to be left behind”. However given the choice, I know what I’d be fuckin choosing.
Dont take no notice of people like him - if the ESL eventually had its own sports news channel he would jump ship like others would to itKaveh solhekol on SSN is such a smug little prick.
Totally against the ESL but he’s almost making me want it to go ahead just to piss him off. Keeps repeating himself “how can it be a super league, city are in it and they haven’t even been in a European final” how about you call out the US owners who are driving this you bell....is it because your paymaster is murdoch? Constantly trying to point out City as the bad guys (which we are here but only 1 of 12!!)
Next step, Ceferin takes an executive position at the ESL :)Probably feels stabbed in the back , they are friends , ceferin is also godfather to Agnelli's daughter.
That **** Howson likes this postMight as well be Celtic.
I'm honest enough to say yes for myself, whatever ridicule that admittedly entails, etc?
I only care about City, we do what serves our best interests, whether that be this or something else.
Nobody gave a shit when Bury went to the wall and nobody gave a shit about City when we were mocked.
I would rather be pragmatic, than be left behind, as I think football has been holding on to some romantic image that hasn't existed for three decades.
I don't like change, but I know I have to accept it, or things in life will move on without me, whether I like it or not.
I respect those opinions of those who have a wider love of the game, but I won't be turning my back on the club.
BS.If anyone is thinking of watching or going to these 'ELITE' Super league games, they need to take a long hard look in the mirror... It's an absolute disgrace. I feel crushed today... by my own bloody club too....
Near 5% who clicked yes above, hang the heads in shame lads...
100% mateDont take no notice of people like him - if the ESL eventually had its own sports news channel he would jump ship like others would to it
I'd imagine Bernardo will be terrified to speak out after his last public crucifixion. Not surprising the Portuguese lads are first out of the blocks.
They’re worried about their jobs. This could hit Sky hardDont take no notice of people like him - if the ESL eventually had its own sports news channel he would jump ship like others would to it
