Yup not gonna happen and I don't think it's UEFA's best interest to act like a scorned ex-gf and blow this fight wide open. They still have a good chance of convincing City and Chelsea to remain. Major league professional team sport is big business and has been for a long time. The business got bigger in the UK because Sky poured all that money into - as you rightly point out - and people running these businesses are only going to look to make them bigger: that is their job.

Things always change and evolve and if you don't innovate and simply stand still, you end up falling behind. If Sky get fall behind, tough shit.

Can't understand why Premier league clubs have agreed to this ,its obvious La Liga, Serie A are miles behind our league financially and the only reason the Super league has been instigated is so these two leagues can get a bigger slice of the world wide pie.
Our top six clubs should have fucked off the top european clubs and told them to sort their own deal , because we are minted in the Premier league compared to the Spanish & Italian leagues.
