I wouldn't get too fucking giddy. The comedown will be huge if it's not true. It's just a journo, and for a not very reputable newspaper that lives off rumour.

I will say this, though. If this turns out to be true, I will celebrate it more than any trophy that we could possibly win this year. It's far more important.
 
With the news that Chelsea are drawing up paperwork to formally withdraw from European Super League - and the expectation that City will follow - I am wondering whether the fact that we signed up to start with has tainted your view of the club? Is the damage done already? Is it too little, too late?

Personally, I feel like the club has shown it's true colours and making me question whether this is the kind of ownership I want to be supporting.

There are a lot of hypocrites in the EFL, FA and premier League whose clubs blocked promotion to the football league for their own self interest decade after decade.
