I just can't believe some people have so little regard for the history and traditions of the game and are more than happy to see many 'small' clubs go to the wall because that's what will happen if this comes to pass.

Why would small clubs go to the wall? “Small clubs” aren’t exactly challenging for CL places as it is and given so many City fans are never going to a game again, surely small clubs are likely to see an attendance boost.
