yea clearly. Me and the millions of other people around the country moaning about greedy owners who nearly destroyed football. My bad.

I’ll join you and be a happy clapper. This is nothing to do with the players

We weren’t involved in the organising, the quotes on our site from Glazer etc were a clear indication of that. Basically had to sign up or miss out forever and did so, then left.

Very happy about the reaction to it today but I’m not at the point of thinking well done to anyone just yet. Still in the mindset of “what the fuck did you think the reaction was going to be?”

Are we getting carried away or have we actually pulled off the greatest Trojan horse of all time? Are we just trying to fill in the gaps with something that makes us come across better and more strategic, or is this actually what happened? If we only got invited late, it doesn’t strike me that we’d have had the time to concoct such a strategy? We probably cocked up and have now tried to make the best of the situation.
We may never know but it all adds up. If true it’s genius!

Spurs are so fucked.

I just remembered all of the coverage of mouronho being sacked mentioned they could afford to pay £35m for sacking him before they failed to qualify for the CL because of the 300m golden handshake for the super league...

You have to imagine that City will be in a very strong position once the dust settles from all of this. Good times ahead.
An error of judgment from City or a trap?

Don't you think City might face some sanction / rapped knuckles?

In what way is it bizarre. Our club signed up for this abomination, of course you can blame them.

I find it bizarre how anyone can defend the club now. They are only doing it because they are embarrassed about the backlash
It's not about defending the club. I am sure most fans are just relieved that we pulled out. We do need a proper explanation of what has happened. But you can't blame Pep and the players (at least based on what Pep said today) and they do need our support. They have worked hard this season and can still end up with three trophies.

Question is did. Woodward resign because the glazers want to push on with super league and wants to jump ship
or because he’s fucked up and knows what he’s done
