I feel pretty fucking confident that if we hadn't signed up we'd be in a much better position right now. Do you disagree with that?
Well lets see what happens in the next few days, if Khaldoon ends up on the board at UEFA and the others end up with huge fines and a big fuck off from any position of power then yeah I disagree.

There is no indication that City had actually signed anything is there ? - from the recent reports it states that City have decided not to join which indicates we hadn't officially signed anything

It's set up like the final scene from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
City/Chelsea>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>US cabal/Debtors<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< BM/PSG/UEFA

Just might have bee fucking beautifully played. We take 48 hours of flack. Nothing new there. In return, we get everyone lined up where we want them. Schooled UEFA. Now we've set the Yanks up to out themselves and set them against UEFA. Currently with their trousers round their ankles.

We have/had much more power than we/anyone imagined, ie No debt. The Yanks and Spanish are fucked if they cant get money in sharpish. In retrospect it was the logical course of action. And played right into us.
We've seen Kaldoon in action and we know he is ruthless.
Could be you know?

Some people are also deluded and think the world revolves around 22 men kicking a football around

its an investment for them pure and simple , perhaps they also get a side benefit of having a bit of fun while they at it
It's more about nation-branding and soft power than it is raw investment, like the Glazers or Henry. As soon as Boris, Macron, Prince William were against it it was dead.

Regardless of whether this was some sort of long con (I doubt it), someone will probably need throwing under the bus for the club to avoid punishment. Points deduction or sack the suits? I think that's a relatively easy decision.

It makes absolutely no sense. You simply wouldn't risk entering into an agreement of this scale and risk just to shaft the other clubs. What if the bloody thing had gone ahead? Oh whoops, we had hoped it would fall over. Oh well, we only have to play in this for 20 years.

God loves a trier

It would be funny if this still went on with the remaining clubs and a bunch of shit replacements.

"Welcome to the inaugural season of the super league - featuring the red hot Arsenal, fresh off of their narrow top 10 finish. And the mighty Tottenham Hotspurs, did you know the won the league once in the 60's! We've also got Barca, even though Messi's fucked off, and the 5th place Italian side. And...errr...AZ Alkmaar..and Sporting Lisbon...and uhh...oh yeah, Hibs!"

No you don't know for sure, nobody on here does.

What has PSG got to do with anything? they are too busy fighting off human rights investigations in Qatar to be focused on this.
nope lol...not at all focused on that. Thou ur boss must be busy stoning gays, who knows :)
Psg gained a lot of popularity in france in just one day, wich is amazing lol, this never happens.

We have no influence with UEFA.
Now neither do the other 11. That seems a good outcome to me

Let’s not forget that the new Champions League format is utterly shit and saves places for non qualified ‘elite’ teams.
If Khaldoon walks into UEFA’s board and gets them to fuck that idea off I’ll believe that this was all a grand plan
