You keep literally making stuff up.
I don't. I'm predicting what will happen. I might be wrong. But I don't think I will be. I don't know the timing.

So far every time I've asked others for their counter-predictions I haven't received them.

I think this inevitably leads to the Super League clubs leaving their domestic leagues. If you disagree that this isn't the inevitable outcome, I'd be happy to hear why.

I've said this for years by the way. I've always expected a Super League to eventually happen. I didn't think it would be now, but maybe I should have in retrospect, thinking about COVID and the current financial condition of the sport relative to the past.

Please stop quoting this fucking shite. It's possibly the least accurate source on the internet.
Thank you ! Someone who realizes that as well. Hate these City retweet accounts posting random shit which is an opinion of any random person more than anything else.

If PL is able to kick out the six clubs and just promote six from Championship without relegation this year think the six could end up in trouble. Sure they can fight cases in courts but players are not going to sit around looking at how court hearings are going.

If that happens they will just play in this new league and probably invite a few more teams in. The PL will end up like the Championship, won't hardly have any global appeal and the TV money will plummet.

If this goes ahead and the 6 stay in the PL, it will be dead in the water in a few years anyway.

Either way I think the PL is fucked unless they can stop this happening.

This is basically What the PDC and Phil Taylor did too darts and the BDO, the top players took over their own rights and career after realising they could make more money than the BDO was creating.
Players who defected (16 top professionals) were banned from BDO tournaments, The BDO went bump last year after 50 years of managing the top rank Darts tournaments.
UEFA are in the same boat here, I think it’s the beginning of the end for UEFA, FIFA will be the governing Body like WDF is for darts. UEFA will be consigned to the bin.

can’t say I’m arsed, UEFA have tried for years too get us thrown out, too appease the cartel. Now The cartel have turned on them and asked us too join instead. Abs we’ve agreed.
Keep your friends close, your enemies closer. ;-)

Also the same as rugby where the Heineken Cup was owned by the national associations and the clubs realised they could set up their own tournament without the RFU, FFR, WRU etc. Skimming a massive chunk off the top for doing nothing.

They founded the Champions Cup, changed the qualifying so it was much harder for some weaker sides and despite everyone predicting the end of rugby as we know it, barely anything has changed. Heineken are still major sponsors even.

I don’t like it either but there are better ways to get your point across. You’re lashing out wildly and biting the hand that feeds you.

FWIW, I believe that - rather than being a conniving cnut - Mansour has been painted into a corner. He pays executives and professional managers to run the club day to day. Where is the Chairman? Where are the PR department? Where does Pep and his mates stand and will they speak up?

The club needs to wake up, make a clear statement condemning the situation they’ve been manoeuvred into and set out how they will seek to challenge this shit.

This is far from done and dusted.
Fair enough. Apologies mate. You’re correct, I’m devastated, emotional, and seethingly angry tonight and I AM lashing out. I’m gonna knock posting on the head for a bit until I’m thinking a bit more rationally.
