So away from home PSG have beaten United, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich. Whereas at home they've lost to United and Bayern Munich and drew to Barcelona.
Also @MAG you might want to find a spot for Veratti in your predicted line up, he's a sure thing. Probably instead of Gueye.
Really , Pep thinks he is. Every little perceived error is pawed over by some What about Laporte s error that have cost us in the past, has John Stones ever dropped a bollock as big as the two that Eric made against Tottenham in the Champs League because if he had we would have never have heard the last of it we should cut John Stones some slack he has been great this season.Yeah which he got a card for, There is ways of taking a player out and that certainly wasn't one of them. The likes of Dallas getting through when they went 2-1 up, Laporte doesn't let that happen.
He may be the best ball playing centre half at City, He's still not at Laporte level.
That’s barmy!Croissants versus muffins.
Muffins should win
Viva la bleu
He had COVID, he's played their last two league games including on Saturday. He’s out with a knock, has missed last two games so not sure he will be fit in time or back straight away after missing two in a row.
The likes of Dallas getting through when they went 2-1 up,
Correct. After the Leicester 5-2 "blitz" in the fall and then the Spurs 2-0 smash and grab, seemed like Pep had finally figured out how to cut out those dangerous counterattacks almost entirely. Cancelo and his role of filling in the defensive midfield hole was a key part of that plan. What has changed more recently to make us somewhat vulnerable again, other than the fatigue and over-rotation of the squad (vs. Leeds and Chelsea) to start opening up that vulnerability again? With Zincs lack of pace wonder if Laporte plays left back. Cancelo defended well at left back although I think he will be sub with Walker at right back.
I'd hope Pep goes
Eddy
Walker Stones Dias Laporte
Rodri Kev Gundogan
Mahrez Jesus Foden
Poch at Spurs usually played a counter attacking footie & Mbappe for Psg battered Bayern on the counter, even though the German Rags were the better team.
Pep cannot afford to play a high defensive line in Paris. Spurs today as poor as they were, looked dangerous on the counter. Would take a cagy 1-0 win & 2-1 defeat isnt a disaster but we have to score at least 1
He had COVID, he's played their last two league games including on Saturday.
Yeah that's definitely a cause for confusion. But he did play this weekend. Check out his stats for this season on the website and they'll probably show that he played.Yeah I’m confused about that ... according to this (see transfermarket link below, which is normally very reliable) he was out for Covid for 10 days between 2nd and 12th April ... and then again out with a knock between 20th and 25th April (in which he missed two games) ... must be false data then? I didn’t go checking each games’ team sheet over that period.

This is the injury history of Marco Verratti from Al-Duhail SC. On this page injuries as well as suspensions.www.transfermarkt.co.uk
No way in hell will UEFA stitch us this time. On our side or neutral.I fear this will be a step too far with Mbappe/Neymar in the form of their life and UEFA stitching us up with corrupt officials as a slap on the wrist for the super league.
PSG 3
Manchester City 1
I 2nd that team. Pep stick to this team Please. No unnecessary tweaking required.Ederson
Walker
Dias
Laporte
Cancelo
Rodri
Gundogan
KDB
Foden
Bernardo
Mahrez
I believe Gueye would start in the line up. He made tremendous game against Bayern and seems top form.So away from home PSG have beaten United, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich. Whereas at home they've lost to United and Bayern Munich and drew to Barcelona.
Also @MAG you might want to find a spot for Veratti in your predicted line up, he's a sure thing. Probably instead of Gueye.
I’m not having this uefa stitch us crapNo way in hell will UEFA stitch us this time. On our side or neutral.
The press from the front 6 has to be spot on if they break our press we r in trouble. But I also feel we are going to need an away goal or 2I’m not having this uefa stitch us crap
We beat them last time we played them in the quarters
It’s up to us now to show up and put in a big performance
Play our game control the ball, stop the counter and take our chances
They are a good team with two superstars whereas we are a great team
But his reading of the game is excellent and let's get it right if the ball goes over the defence nobody is catching mbappe maybe only walker but we ain't gonna play him cb or are we could pep pull a 5-4-1 team to counter I hope not.Laporte still seems a step slow to me since his injury. They just have so much pace in attack it would scare me into Walker and Stones
