Judging from his ranting at PMQs today I think the prick knows the writing is on the wall. The sleaze scandal will rumble on for a few weeks and the coup de grace will be delivered by Big Dom when he gives evidence in a few weeks.

There's plenty of decent honourable members, just not on the government front bench because Johnson has hand picked all the lying unscrupulous cunts who are in it for themselves as government ministers.

Fair enough. That's one way of looking at it, and I am not supporting Johnson here, I am looking at the alternatives and I shudder when I consider a potential Labour Government front bench... perish the thought!!
 
The Tory party will dump Johnson if it starts to affect their popularity. They are a ruthless lot who understand the British public a lot better than other parties do.

At the moment they have got something that they haven't had since Thatcher, someone who ex-Labour and working-class voters will vote for in large numbers. Voters who say that they don't follow politics and anyway, Boris is a great bloke who's doing a good job.

The choice is between a known quantity - Johnson’s hand picked bunch of lying misfits, and a group of shadow ministers who, to be honest, are mostly not very well known (with one or two exceptions). Johnson and his government have set new lows in corruption and cronyism so I can’t see why any alternative would make you shudder more than what we have already, particularly when you don’t know who many of them are.
