I’m a little surprised that Fernandinho is starting this one. I hope it’s instead of Rodri and not alongside him. If we go more defensive we are asking for trouble. Just play our normal game. It wins the overwhelming majority of matches.

Fernandinho instead of Rodri for me. Especially for a game of this magnitude as his experience link up play, sense of danger and mobility is still better, even for a supreme athlete who will be 36 on Tuesday.

They will all interchange anyway,so i doubt it makes much difference what we initially see,or on paper.Thats the beauty of the false 9 and the quality we have.
