We have to go strong today for many reasons. Psychological blow before the champs league final, forcing them to have to continuously go strong in their remaining EPL fixtures to secure CL qualification, allowing us to rotate our remaining fixtures so that we can go strong in the final, allowing Aguero the opportunity to beat Rooney’s record, winning the title on our own pitch. The slight risk of injury to key players will on the balance be alleviated by the three week wait for the final and to be honest may still happen with a weakened lineup anyway.

Go for it Pep, revenge for the FA cup and an opportunity to put these late season upstarts back in their box.
