I think Pep already knows his team for the final which is why he's resting / rotating now so that those players are fresh and fit

If we can't get 3 points (and arguably 2, given the goal difference) from 3 games against Newcastle, Brighton and Everton then we don't deserve to win the league, so what United do is irrelevant. Would still be far better to win it earlier (if only for the sake of everyone's blood pressure) but even if it went to the final day we have a week to rest after that before the CL final.

I looked at the league table and laughed today.

10 points! For some reason I haven't looked at it for a month or so when it became obvious we had won and I thought it was like 5 and thsts why people were panicking.

Logically, you are quite correct, however, as you know, the last thing football fans are is logical, patient even less. This has been so tantalisingly close, to a point where we can almost touch it, feel it, smell it, taste it, coupled with perhaps a couple of defeats that we possibly should have won had Pep played a stronger side, has made some people paranoid and fearful that as the games run out we may fuck it up. This has been exacerbated by the rags going on something of a run, so that has caused frustration on many different levels. Watching the cunts win from losing positions week after week isn't easy.
I don't agree with the nonsense that has been spouted since we lost to Chelsea but I know where it's coming from.

It will be won this week. I can see United resting players vs Leicester (because they can't play a full-strength team with their congested fixture schedule and the Liverpool game surely takes priority for them.

Hopefully, Leicester wins, meaning we win the league, then the rags beat Liverpool making it harder for the scousers to get Champions League football. We can rotate our players in our three remaining games and make sure we're 100% for the Champions League final.

If the rags slip up with 2 games in 48 hours against top 6 teams it's done, if we win with the big boys back in on Friday it's done.
How anybody cannot be confident about us winning the league needs their bumps feeling!
