Every one is entitled to a view pal but it is a fact that the food banks and the baby banks are a product of a Tory Govt's policies - it wasn't a Labour Govt who oversaw a series of closures which included the A&E dept, the maternity unit and the Police station. Nor was it a Labour council. I live less than 20 miles from Hartlepool and its a shit hole - I am on record on here pointing out that the biggest scandal of the last Labour Govt was indeed that when they left office the sink estates and run down areas they inherited were more or less the same but they have got worse under the Tories and you can bet your sweet bippy that having a Tory MP a Tory Mayor and a Tory council will do little if anything to restore facilities and make their lives better.

Labour seem very good at pointing out how bad the tories are. If you want to win I’d argue that you need to outline what Labour will do differently and what they stand for. Haven’t got a clue at the moment
