So many of those players we were saying should have been given first team minutes, look at the teams most of them are playing at now! Faour and Joan Roman are the standouts for me, they looked world beaters in our youth teams. Makes you wonder where the current crop of u23s are going to end up, they all look great now.
Alex Henshall and Gai Assulin also stood out to me. Also, a lot of players are free agents and/or have retired early.

Jérémy Hélan, retired due to religious reasons
Reece Wabara, retired to focus on his fashion career
Daniel Sturridge, free agent after betting ban
Alex Nimely, free agent
Denzeil Boadu, free agent
Lee Croft, free agent
Ishmael Miller, free agent
David Faupala, free agent
Kelvin Etuhu, free agent
Shay Facey, free agent

Denzeil Boadu was a classy player, shame about his serious knee(?) injury that stuffed him up.

David Brooks is by far my favorite ex Blue at the moment. Such a classy player. Hope to see him in the PL next season for some team.

Another that thought he knew best though - Sancho may have done well there but Boadu wanted the move to Dortmund, they released him and then he wanted out of Crawley because he wasnt getting into the team.

Backed himself but ultimately badly advised? Or were the decisions his?

Shame he did look good for us.

Goes to show being a star in the youth team doesnt get you a high level career - Duncan, Cole, Boadu etc. Its tough out there for kids. For every Sancho there are dozens who didnt get that lucky break. But for Every Foden there are similar. Which takes you to the best career? Who knows.
