Spike will have just chartered a plane. Seen as 90% of planes are grounded and the travel / airline industry on its arse, I don't think the club will have too much trouble finding planes to charter.

Spike’s company will be ok as they have at least 3 slots at Ringway - there are limited spaces on what promises to be a very busy day.

Spike's are going Friday to Sunday aren't they? And the club Saturday - Saturday. I don't think there will be any crossover with the slots.

I really hope Spike's trip can go ahead and Blues on that trip can get tickets, it would be a disgrace if they're not allowed in the ground.

EUFA could pick up the phone to the UK and say “can we accept your first offer, please?”, then the Govt would jump at the chance to look like the heroes. There would be a few hundred UEFA hangers on who would be (not that) disappointed and 12000 plus football fans who would be very happy. They should be pressurised to take this option - started by official fan groups, the clubs themselves and politicians who can see the sense of not sending thousands of Brits to an ‘amber’ country.
