As an avid watcher of the bundlesliga then surely you realise how bad the defending is at times.
There is just as bad defending in the PL and in the other major leagues in Europe. What you are missing is that the German school of coaches right now is the most sophisticated, so their tactical setups actually make it harder to thrive.
And if that is your point, I recommend you check out his record breaking UCL stats against teams from all over Europe

Pep is not a needy teenager scrolling Through Twitter looking for compliments and vindication. He is a serial winner and Kane gives us the best chance to win with whatever time we have left with pep. To think we would target a player just so pep could get some plaudits is laughable to be honest mate.

We will see who pep prefers no doubt in the coming months once our number one target becomes apparent but I strongly suspect it will indeed be Kane.

You are completely misinterpreting what I said. What I said is Pep would rather have something to work with in terms for football, to create, explore and invent. Watch his interviews after both Dortmund games and see the way he talks about Haaland, the spark in the eyes and how he says, “He will be even stronger in the future”. I don’t think he cares about immediate Twitter compliments, but I definitely think he cares about building a legacy, and that legacy isn’t built on just collecting trophies, but on changing the game wherever he goes and transforming players at every club

“Haaland is followed by the most important clubs in Europe, especially Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United.” LMAO

I love the Watzke posturing. Would take his bluffs any day over Levy

Kane goes into every game with the whole team on his shoulders and still consistently performs to a high level. He is third in world football in goal involvements (incidentally don’t see haaland on that list) for this season at a side who is badly under performing. To say Kane is not a big time player is such a lazy narrative. He played injured in two cup finals against sides who where far superior to spurs. It’s like judging Haaland against us he looked very average as we had 80% of possession.

I think Haaland gives the next man a better opportunity to continue the great work pep has done. Signing Kane for a quick fix that quite frankly doesn't need fixing anyway reeks of the similar band aid Fergie applied when he signed RvP just to win one last trophy before he sailed into the sunset.

How much do Dortmund make by being in the champions league I wonder?
£50mil to £60mil if they get to the quarters I think it works out with prize money, TV and coefficient...more if they get further

But they are also going to be selling Sancho for £80mil(ish) this summer

Dortmund are a selling club, but they often do it on their terms and quite often they actually end up losing out on some money because they hold on to players for a year or two (remember they let Lewandowski get to the end of his deal when Bayern bid £30mil for him with 1 year left)

Unless Haaland actively seeks a move (which could happen), Dortmund are going to hold out till next summer imo

I don't see him going to Chelsea, why you think so?

Hope more than expectation, although I’d love us to get him back, and I just don’t want him at the rags. Chelsea could certainly afford him and there’s the pull of London for a young lad I guess.

I reckon the wages and the whole show they put on in Spain might have put us off this one. Shame as his younger age compared to Kane would be a big bonus.
