But Chelsea haven’t offered to pay for the trip so they will rely on their own fans making their way there.Key points:
Official Day trip NOT mandatory
Collect tickets in destination

Well Chelsea don't appear to be doingJust hope that the tickets don’t have a allocation and solely sold on loyalty points with or with cup scheme (albeit I’m in it) and they don’t limit the amount of tickets available for independent travel like they did with the league cup and those 750 allowed to go by car
They are subsidising the day trip. It's £199.But Chelsea haven’t offered to pay for the trip so they will rely on their own fans making their way there.
bargain for them given you can get 2 day flights from London for less than that! They are subsidising the day trip. It's £199.
That's my thinking too. So if City were to impose that condition themselves..........Well Chelsea don't appear to be doing
I would have thought if this happened it would be a condition imposed by UEFA and / or the Portugese authorities... so they would have insisted on it for both clubs
This is just for the gameSo UEFA are happy for Antigen tests (£40), but we need to have a PCR test (£80/90) to enter Portugal? or are we allowed to enter with an Antigen test?
With those hills you'd be strugglingThere’s gonna be about 5000 blues getting about in wheelchairs in Porto
Also suggests they willThey have Friday set aside for any remaining tickets though
City have to follow Chelsea surely, can’t see them prioritising this cheap offer first for those choosing to fly in and out on the Sheiks £160 saver ticketThat's my thinking too. So if City were to impose that condition themselves..........
For those who are arriving earlier than wednesday nightAnother cog in the ever confusing testing regime UEFA require a PCR test doing within 72hrs or a LFT within 48hrs of stadium entry... so for those going for a longer period It could mean them having to do 2 tests over there!
YesI am lost now on the testing. Chelsea travel conditions state this
As per government guidelines, all people travelling between the UK and Portugal must show proof of a negative PCR covid-19 test before boarding. The test must be taken within 72 hours of departure of both your outbound and return flight*.
So if you go Fri to Sunday the earliest you can take a single test is the Thurs but you would have to have immediate same day results, otherwise its 2 tests ie a second one in Portugal??
Pretty much, this has been well known for a few daysI am lost now on the testing. Chelsea travel conditions state this

Or those going home on the Tuesday but they would need to take a Test on the match day to use that to also get back in the ukFor those who are arriving earlier than wednesday night
Does it state anything about a test 2?I am lost now on the testing. Chelsea travel conditions state this
