So if you go on the day trip you need a PCR test paid for before travel but the one 2 days after arriving back does that need to be another paid for test??

no specific way it seems. If you are between 23-15k points you just buy a ticket and refuse the free travel?

I mean if the tickets don’t sell out then they’ll have to lower it. Seems like they’re pretty confident that it won’t go (much) lower than 15k + cup scheme

My son has just said that. They should make it crystal clear so those going with spike can switch to an official trip if necessary. I am glad my away trip days are over.
