Ever since Turkey went into the red zone, the silence from City has been deafening

I hope there's serious discussions going on behind the scenes to stop the fans getting totally fucked over like it appears they are

They literally put out a release today saying they will put on travel for fans...

And everyone took for granted that our reopening, lifting of travel ban and green list status for Portugal as of 17th May meant we could travel to Portugal. All Portugal had said was that there was a possibility it would be lifted, not that it would definitely be lifted. I must admit though, I started to take it for granted when we were offered 6,000 tickets!

If they did try and pull that they can forget about future city trips that’s for sure. They have laid those trips in under the full understanding that those people would be trying to go to the game.
 
ITV News saying tourists allowed in Portugal from Monday,

No reason the final should be different surely?
