UEFA really are a pain. Would just be simpler to ballot these instead of a mass of people going onto a site at one point.
am in the lounge at heathrow airport heading to Lisbon. Just want to get on the plane now, the hassle and disappointment has got me down.
and I was one of the lucky ones to at Sunday’s match.

but they could do a ballot where you enter your details this afternoon and a result at say, 9pm.
just going to be a mad rush at 1pm. Am not a tech expert but that reeks of a website crash.

sorry if stupid question but not gone through uefa before- i'm presuming the site will ask you what section you want i.e city or chelsea or is their some kind of uefa neutral zone designated for their allocation?

It will be neutral.

Do you reckon it's best to be in the ticket portal and press refresh at 1 or just on the page before where you have to click in to the ticket portal?

Me too, here’s the best advice I can give you, get the CET clock running on your phone, as it hits 14:00 hit the ticket portal button, good luck mate ...

I don’t think anyone can give any tips on what’s the best way to access the tickets. It’s complete luck of the draw. There will be thousands of people trying to get tickets at 1pm. I’m guessing the site will crash due to the amount of people refreshing the page at the same time, but a certain amount will manage to get through and buy the tickets. A couple of hours will go by while you’re still refreshing and getting nowhere and eventually word will get around saying it’s sold out. This is what normally happens when a limited amount of products/tickets come on sale online.
